3. Desligue o fogo e misture na panela os ingredientes do recipiente (as batatas junto ao bacalhau) e a pimenta branca a gosto. Mexa até misturar tudo, formando uma massa. <br />
4. Usando a palma da mão ou uma colher, forme bolinhos com a massa. <br />
5. Frite os bolinhos no óleo quente - a temperatura do óleo é muito importante pois ela é que vai dar o ponto ideal do petisco, dourado e leve.<br />
